ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Achievement-Based Scholarship

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Scholarship

Eligibility: Based on GPA, standardized test scores (unless test optional), leadership and extracurricular activities, recommendations
Amount: $20,000 and up
Application: All accepted students receive an award based on a holistic review of their application materials.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

Eligibility: Transfer students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and have this designation reflected on their transcripts.
Amount: $2,000 per year

Performing and Fine Arts Scholarship

ÌýEligibility: Based on talent in music, theatre, dance, and art; open to non-majors

Arkansas Scholarships

Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholarship

Amount: The scholarship amount is determined each February for new students enrolling during the following fall.

Other Non-ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Scholarships

ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ is a Collegiate Partner of and the Ìý(United Methodist Higher Education Foundation) family of community scholarship foundations. ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ has agreed that Dollars for Scholars awards of up to $1,000 per student will not adversely affect scholarship funding provided by ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ.

Murphy Foundation Scholarship

Any admitted El Dorado High School student who qualifies for the is eligible to compete for theÌýMurphy Foundation Scholarship AwardÌýat ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ. This competitive scholarship will cover:

• Full tuition
  
• Fees
  
• Standard double-occupancy room
  
• Unlimited meal plan

Three studentsÌýwill be selected through a competitive process to receive thisÌýlast-dollar scholarship, which is applied after the El Dorado Promise, state aid, and federal Pell Grant funds. This scholarship will replace any previously awarded ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ merit-based aid.

Students who are not selected as one of the three recipients will still receive aÌý$4,000 Murphy Foundation Scholarship, awarded in addition to their existing ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ merit scholarship.Ìý
